Order Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with an order from Baking Workshop, you consent to these Terms and Conditions:
All our utensils and equipment may have been in contact with eggs and products of dairy, gluten, wheat, nuts and soy. All products may contain traces of these items. Baking Workshop cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions. If you have any concerns with allergies, a list of ingredients can be provided upon request.
All products are made for consumption on the day of delivery/pick up date only, unless specified.
Each product is handmade to order, no two products can be made the same. Minor variations to colours and flowers can occur in designs and minor design changes may be made if deemed necessary. An exact reproduction of products from a reference picture or photo cannot be guaranteed.
A non-refundable deposit/ full payment is required to secure a booking. Payments are due by the due dates listed on invoice. Orders may not be secured if the deposit is made after the due dates. No changes can be made to order details after the first non-refundable payment has been made. Payments have been made will not be refundable nor transferable. In the rare instance whereby Baking Workshop in unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued.
Baking Workshop does not accept responsibility for any products lost or damaged after they have been picked-up/collected/received. When delivering, Baking Workshop is not responsible for any damage to the products after setup is completed.
Baking Workshop reserves the rights to use any photographs of your order that are taken by us for any business purposes.
