This easy dark chocolate ganache recipe is perfect to frost your favourite chocolate cake!
(For a fully frosted 6-inch cake)
Place the dark chocolate melts into a large heat-proof and microwave-proof mixing plastic bowl.
Place double cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Pour the boiling cream straight to the dark chocolate melts and stir with a whisk until well combined.
Let cool and ready to frost!
